We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations. This role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional processes, and ensuring that business objectives are achieved effectively and consistently.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in process improvement, team coordination, and performance management, capable of driving operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership, product, finance, and HR teams to align operational goals
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational forecasting
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in a remote work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and standards
  • Oversee vendor management and external partnerships
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a similar leadership role
  • Proven experience managing teams and improving operational processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in remote or distributed team environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with project management and operations tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com)

Mandatory Requirement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or fast-paced startup environments
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Strong background in process automation and operational scaling
